Migraine Mentors is an online resource for women suffering from migraine headaches. This website was founded to recognize the special needs of female migraine sufferers and influence the development of peer-based support programs for women and their families. The Migraine Mentors believe that the best person to understand the impact of migraine headaches on women and their families is a woman who has migraine pain herself.

The condition most commonly occurs in people between the ages of 25 and 55 and predominantly affects women.
